Question about Suing Walmart?

Ok so im a minor, 17, and I supposedly shoplifted from walmart. I have a spotless record. I didn't take anything. They didnt follow company policy because they stopped me IN the store and no officer or parent was there when they searched me. I know they dont have me on video because I didnt do it. When I was detained for it they never said I was on video. They said I stole a spray at first then picked through my purse like buzzards and all of a sudden I stole everything that was in my purse! Now I owe THEM 250 dollars for stealing from me?! At first it was 5 dollars worth then 80 then 25 then 10 then 2 then 50 then 62 WTF?! How can I sue for this injustice?! I know women and men who WORK there and steal from them! They never get caught! I have a friend who says she steals from them every day! Why dont they get the real criminals?! When they got me in the back i never said I done it, because I didn't, and they never said i was on video, now they tellthe court I WAS on video? Im sure I am on video...SHOPPING!!! Not STEALING!
