Looking for craigslist roomates, what info is safe to divulge?

So I've never searched for a craigslist roommate before. What info is ok to disclose in the first email, and which do you wait to tell? For example I won't be working full time as I"m a student. But I have a large amount of money in a savings account for rent. Do I tell them that?
