Very offensive comments in workplace?

Legally? I don't think you have anything... but on a company level you can and SHOULD report their comments to a supervisor or HR. It's offensive and unprofessional. You don't have to divulge your personal life when you complain, just simply tell the manager/HR that people are talking very unprofessionally about sexuality/sexual orientation/etc. I personally would be horribly offended if I heard anyone say anything like that in my presence. It's rude, unprofessional and ignorant as hell.
