Being a high school student. how can i earn the equivalent of a high school diploma abroad(i.e. europe)?

ive finished freshman year in the U.S. and i wanted to know if i can find, and transfer my credits, to a foreign high school to continue studying and earn that countries equivalent of a high school diploma.
