Ok first off never leave anything to God, control your own life :) go to therapy they could help you? get a stress ball and keep it with you so you don't have urges to take your anger out on anyone else. Punching my pillow helps me release my anger! haha :p I'm really sorry you grew up in a family like that :( you seem like a nice person though. Take out your frustration on your parents if anyone because they're the reason for your urge to hurt other people when your angry. Hope I helped :D
