Is it ever right for a Christian to lie? Do the examples of Abraham, Jacob and Rahab give Jehovah's Witnesses?

No. Just because biblical figures did so, does not make it right. What the Bible is showing was they were real people and did not hide the mistakes they made. Their faith in God was credited to them as righteousness, but that does not mean they were sin free.
