How to turn luck on your side with simple means?say to do things in a particular way or talk differently .?

Many times you work like donkey,try to be as courteous as possible to everybody and and suffer injustice without too much complaint and yes pray to God also. Still lady luck does not smile or even glance at you. Any suggestions?
