How do I become a witch?

I'm almost thirteen years old. Ever since I was seven, I've been interested in witchcraft, and I recently decided I want to divulge myself in the world of Wiccans and magick. How can I do this? Feel free to include websites! I'd like to hear from some "witches/warlocks" as well! (:
