Colorado business laws.?

I live in the state of Colorado and other employees that don't deal with any financial aspect of my store are making comments to me about how I make more than they do. I have not divulged how much I make to them at all, I think they somehow looked it up by getting on my owner's computer and then they told other employees. Is this legal?
