Anxiety attacks or something else?

I recently got out of the hospital for bulemia. My boyfriend broke up with me my third day in. Ive always had anxiety but now its getting worse. Im tired all the time but cant sleep without benydryl. When i wake up, my mom has to call me no less than 5 times. I cant function in school without needed to doze off. I have multiple axiety attacks a day and when they happen my heart beats so fast i can feel it in my ears and it feels like someone is poking me in the chest with a lit ciggerette. im on prozac, lamictal, and geodon. they gave me xanex and attivan in the hospital which helped alot but when i was discharged, they didnt give me a perscription so ive done without. getting through the day is equivalent to walking up to the gates of hell. i go back to my phyciatrist for a follow up from the hospital. what will he do for my anxiety?
